What Is HYROX?

HYROX is the fastest-growing indoor fitness race in the world. Thousands of everyday people line up in arenas across the globe to test their strength, fitness, and grit in the same race format.

Every athlete completes the same structure.

Train the Way HYROX Was Meant to Be Trained

Geelong Fitness is an official HYROX Training Club. That means this program follows the HYROX training framework and prepares you properly for the demands of the race.

You will train:

  • Running under fatigue

  • Functional strength that carries over to race day

  • Sustained effort across long efforts

  • Mental toughness when it gets uncomfortable

This is structured training with a clear purpose.

Who This Program Is For

This program is for people who want more from their training.

You might be:

  • Curious about HYROX and want to experience it properly

  • Training regularly but missing a clear goal

  • Looking for a challenge that pushes you physically and mentally

  • Wanting structure, accountability, and direction

You do not need race experience.
You do not need to sign up for a race.
You do need to show up and train.

If you decide to race, this program prepares you.
If you do not, it still changes how you train and how you feel.

THE 6-WEEK EXPERIENCE

This program runs from Tuesday 7th April to Saturday 16th May

Our HYROX training runs 4 days per week, giving you plenty of options to train around work and life.

Tuesday 5:30am or 4:00pm–6:00pm
Wednesday 5:30am or 4:00pm–6:00pm
Thursday 5:30am
or 4:00pm–6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am

Morning sessions start together. PM sessions are flexible arrival between 4:00–6:00pm.

Sessions are coached, structured, and progressive. Each week builds capacity, sharpens output, and teaches control as fatigue sets in.

Participants are encouraged to complete one additional run per week outside sessions to support aerobic development and race readiness.

HYROX Race Simulation Included

On Saturday 16 May, you will have the option to take part in a full HYROX race simulation at Geelong Fitness.

Lights on.

Music up.
Work stations laid out.
The energy of race day.

You’ll move through the same flow used in HYROX events, learning how to pace, transition, and push when your body wants to slow down.

Race day simulation entry is included.

Athletes who want to continue training after the program are welcome to join the HYFIT crew with ongoing weekly sessions and regular simulations.

Is this only for beginners?

No. HYROX training suits beginners and people with training experience. The difference is the structure and coaching. Everyone follows the same plan, but your coach adjusts intensity and load to match your level.

How many sessions can I attend?

Up to four HYROX sessions per week. One additional run outside sessions is encouraged.

What is your refund policy?

All program investments are non-refundable. Please contact us before registering if you have any questions.
