Your HyFit Kickstart includes:

    Coached strength and conditioning following a clear, progressive plan.

  • At least two coached training sessions
    Guidance in every lift, movement, and training block.

  • A short goals chat with your coach

HOW THE KICKSTART WORKS

A clear, guided process to help you start the year with confidence.

STEP 1 — Claim your $49 Kickstart

Fill in your details and we will contact you to book your first HyFit session. Once confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link.

STEP 2 — Book your first HyFit session

Choose a time that suits you:

Monday - Friday 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Monday - Friday 5:00 - 6:00 pm

Monday - Friday 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 - 9:00 am

Saturday 9:00 - 10:00 am

STEP 3 — Come in and train with your coach

You will be guided through your session, coached on technique, and supported the whole way.

STEP 4 — Complete your second session or more

Build confidence and experience how HyFit works over multiple sessions.

STEP 5 — Goals chat

A short conversation about your goals for the next few months and how your plan supports them.

STEP 6 — Continue into HyFit Membership

If you choose to continue, you will receive your complimentary body scan and we will set up your first week. No pressure.

FAQ

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. Most people who start HyFit feel unfit, stuck, or unsure what to do in the gym. That’s exactly who we coach. You’ll be guided through every session and supported at your pace.

Is this only for beginners?

No. HyFit suits beginners and people with training experience. The difference is the structure and coaching. Everyone follows the same plan, but your coach adjusts intensity and load to match your level.

What actually happens during the Kickstart?

You’ll train using our HyFit system which combines strength and conditioning in a structured way. You’ll get coaching, guidance, and clear direction, so you don’t have to guess what to do.

What makes HyFit different from normal group training?

HyFit is built around structure, progression, and coaching attention. It’s not random workouts. Every session follows a plan designed to improve strength, fitness, and confidence over time.

How many sessions can I attend?

You can attend as many HyFit sessions as you like during your Kickstart week, based on availability in the timetable.

Is the scan included?

If you decide to continue into a HyFit membership, your body scan is included as part of your onboarding.

Is there any lock-in after the Kickstart?

No. The Kickstart gives you a chance to experience the training before deciding if HyFit is right for you.

I feel nervous starting. Is that normal?

Completely normal. Most people feel that way before their first session. That’s why the Kickstart exists, to give you a safe, supportive start with guidance every step of the way.

I’m busy, can I still make this work?

Yes. HyFit runs in training blocks, which means you can start when it suits your schedule. You’re not locked into set class times. Most members train 2–3 times per week and fit sessions around work and family.

What if I’ve tried before and didn’t stick to it?

That’s common. HyFit is built around structure, coaching, and accountability. You are not left to figure things out alone. The plan and the support help you stay consistent.
