Your HyFit Kickstart includes:
One week of HyFit training access
Coached strength and conditioning following a clear, progressive plan.
At least two coached training sessions
Guidance in every lift, movement, and training block.
A short goals chat with your coach
Clarify what you want to achieve and what has been holding you back.
A personalised plan based on your goals
Clear direction on what to follow next.
If you join: Complimentary body scan
To set your baseline for your next phase of training.
